How often do we come across a new approach to something and adopt it (sometimes mindlessly!), then get into the habit of hanging on to it long after it&#039;s not serving us. Something about feeling a kind of loyalty that comes from the sense of commitment to this new approach.
Something about that element of Domestication (Don Miguel Ruiz) that has us stay with what we&#039;ve been told is &quot;right&quot; even after we start to create resentment.
Mindfulness →Curiosity→Freedom. I like it!
